Am I eligible for the Integrated Water Management Program?
For admission into the Master of Integrated Water Management Program, students must hold a four year undergraduate degree in a related field of study from an internationally-recognised institution and be able to demonstrate English language proficiency. A minimum of two years practical experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
How do I apply to the Program?
Step 1:

Step 2:
Print and fill in the International Student Application for Graduate Coursework Studies (international students) or the Australian Student Application for Postgraduate Coursework (domestic students).
Include with your application form:
- Certified copies (as explained on the application form) of all transcripts of results, award certificates, grading systems, and translations (if required);
- Proof of English Language proficiency (if required);
- Application Fee; and
- Please remember to sign the form!

Step 4:
Your application will be assessed by the International WaterCentre and The University of Queensland, who will inform you by mail of the outcome.
What are the application dealines?
Domestic Students
Domestic students should submit applications no later than:
Semester 1: February 28 of the current year of enrolment
Semester 2: This course commences in Semester 1 only.
Late applications may be considered.
Please note: The first intake for the Program is Semester 1 2008.
International Students
It is recommended that applications be submitted no later than:

Please check your country's category with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA).
What is the commencement date for the Program?
Semester one begins in late February- University Calendar.
What are the English language requirements?
International students must also satisfy UQ's English language requirements. Click here for accepted measures of English language proficiency.
The University of Queensland offers preparatory English language courses through the Institute of Continuing & TESOL Education (ICTE-UQ).
What are the tuition fees for this Program?
The IWC Master of Integrated Water Management Program costs are as follows:
2008 course fees: 12,360 per semester
2009 course fees: 12,800 per semester

Are there scholarship opportunities for international students studying in Australia?
Yes. The Australian government offers a number of scholarship opportunities. You can visit www.australianscholarships.gov.au to find out more.
What are the scholarship and financial aid options for domestic students?
Australian citizens an those holding permanent humanitarian visas are eligible to apply for scholarships, awards and other funding through the Australian Government. These students can also apply for FEE-HELP, Federal Government loans that cover all or part of their tuition fees.
Do I graduate with a degree from all four universities?
Yes. Upon successful completion of their program, students are awarded a jointly badged degree from the University of Queensland, Monash University, The University of Western Australia and Griffith University.
