Application dates
Domestic students
(full-time and part-time/distance)
Domestic students should submit their domestic application by 31st January 2012. Late applications may be considered.
International students
(full-time study only)
Lodge your international application for full-time study through The University of Queensland International Office (via email or by post).
International student applications must be received no later than:
| Category 1 and 2 countries: |
15 November of the year before enrolment |
| Category 3 and 4 countries: |
15 October of the year before enrolment |
You should allow time to organise your student visa, which could take up to six months.
Semesters
The program commences in Semester 1 (February/March) every year. In 2012 the program commences on 25 February.
Full-time students' program begins with the North Stradbroke Island field trip on 25 February.
Part-time students are also required to attend the three-day North Stradbroke Island field trip plus two days of intensive workshops at The University of Queensland, from 25 February - 1 March.
(Note - there is no mid-year intake)

IWC Water Leader Scholarships
IWC Water Leader Scholarships are now closed for the 2012 intake. Applications for the 2013 intake will be open again on 1 May 2012.
