Important dates
Application dates
The courses commence in Semester 1 only.
Domestic students
(full-time and part-time/distance)
Domestic students should submit applications no later than 28th February of the current year of enrolment. Late applications may be considered.
International students
(full-time study only)
Lodge your international application for full-time study through The University of Queensland International student office.
International student applications must be received no later than:
| Category 1 and 2 countries |
15 November of the year before enrolment |
| Category 3 and 4 countries |
15 October of the year before enrolment |
You should allow time to organise your student visa, which could take up to six months.
Semesters
The IWC postgraduate programs begin only in Semester 1 each year.
Semester 1 commences in February/March.
(Note - there is no mid-year intake)
Semester 1: March - June
Semester 2: July - November
