Join the AWA NSW/ACT Mentoring Night in Sydney

IWC Senior Lecturer and Education Program Manager Dr Brian McIntosh will be facilitating the evening and provide guidance on how to achieve a successful mentoring relationship. Event: October 9th at 6:15pm, CH2M HILL office in Chastwood

The 2013 AWA NSW/ACT Young Water Professional Mentoring Event will be a relaxed night of drinks and canapés, catering for those who are interested in engaging in a new mentoring relationship as well as those in an established mentorship.

  • New Participants: Mentoring relationships are more successful when both parties feel comfortable in one another’s company. At the mentoring night members will be matched with a couple of potential mentors/mentees, in a relaxed format. These matches will be based on answers to the registration questionnaire and participants have the opportunity to follow up these connections.
  • Established Mentorships: This is a chance to re-evaluate the mentorship, consider new goals, reflect on previous difficulties/successes and receive tips from other established pairs.
