Mr. Reed presented free seminars in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane titled "Inclusion and Vulnerability in the Water and Sanitation Sector" in August 2008.

The presentation illustrated typical obstacles faced by vulnerable groups when trying to access water supply and sanitation facilities, the simple measures that can be taken to improve access and use of public and private facilities, and the steps needed to ensure  inclusion in  future service delivery.
