Edith is a WASH enthusiast who, for the last decade and a half has worked with communities in sub-Sahara African countries Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Sudan, Zambia and south Sudan to support the development of sustainable solutions to their WASH challenges.
Edith has developed and implemented capacity building programs in water services, WASH approaches, water governance, water safety planning, WASH project management and IWRM, targeting professionals working for government, NGOs and communities. She has also provided research support for development organisations in project evaluations, formative research, scoping studies and advisory services.
Declan has over 10 years of distinctive experience in the leadership and delivery of integrated water management and governance across private, public and non-profit sectors.
With a strong capacity for conducting formative research for the design and development of hygiene and sanitation related behaviour change interventions, Declan has led the development and delivery of customised training for water managers focused on improving sustained service delivery within a IWM framework.
